Repeaters is useful to provide signal strength improvement in certain area. They are mainly used in two applications: to provide coverage towards some weak outdoor area which has limitation with geographical factors or to generate a better signal strength within indoor coverage. A properly configured repeater installation will provide a cost effective solution for improving coverage in problematic areas meanwhile a poorly installed or configured repeater can actually degrade system performance.
